What you’ll do

  • Greet and assist visitors with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars for staff, optimizing time management and efficiency.
  • Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and proofreading documents to maintain accurate records.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks and financial record-keeping.
  • Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain office organization through effective office management practices and computer literacy in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including typing correspondence and managing office supplies.

Basic qualifications

  • Proven experience in front desk operations or as a receptionist in a medical or dental setting is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred qualifications

  • Bilingual proficiency to enhance communication with diverse clientele.
  • Familiarity with calendar management tools and personal assistant experience to support executive functions.
  • Previous experience in customer service roles that demonstrate your commitment to client satisfaction.

About us
