- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars for staff, optimizing time management and efficiency.
- Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and proofreading documents to maintain accurate records.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks and financial record-keeping.
- Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain office organization through effective office management practices and computer literacy in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including typing correspondence and managing office supplies.
Basic qualifications
- Proven experience in front desk operations or as a receptionist in a medical or dental setting is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
