This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Representative at Green Mountain Inn, located in Stowe, VT. The Front Desk Representative will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling room reservations, answering phone calls with professionalism, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a memorable guest experience.
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively address guest needs and ensure satisfaction
- Proficiency in handling Receptionist Duties, including managing check-ins and check-outs and assisting with guest inquiries
- Knowledge of Reservations processes, including booking management and customization to meet guest requirements
- Professional Phone Etiquette to handle guest calls and inquiries with a welcoming and efficient demeanor
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in hospitality or a similar customer-facing role is a plus
- Proficiency with computers and reservation systems is an advantage
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
