What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist/Front Desk Administrator position at Hibbs Collins Dentistry?
Our dental office has a position open for a receptionist/front desk administrator. The right candidate will be flexible and able to multitask with friendliness.
Front Desk responsibilities include:
⦁ greeting, checking in and scheduling patients including triaging emergency appointments
⦁ processing payments
⦁ making reminder calls and sending reminder texts and postcards
⦁ speaking to insurance companies
⦁ keeping track of insurance claims
⦁ answering the phone
⦁ maintaining an organized workspace
⦁ uploading patient referrals, x-rays and treatment reports from other offices
⦁ corresponding with other offices
⦁ maintaining office e-mails
⦁ familiarity with Eaglesoft is a plus, but not required
Skills:
⦁ ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple tasks simultaneously
⦁ motivation with a willingness to learn new skills
⦁ must be professional
⦁ good written and oral communication
⦁ meticulous attention to details
Required Experience:
Front desk experience is a plus, but not required
We are willing to train the right person.
Job Type: The position is 40 hours per week: Monday - Friday.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
