Our client is a growing, technology-enabled services company supporting complex projects across multiple industries.
We’re looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to lead general accounting operations, manage a team, and support a business that’s continuing to scale. This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys both the technical side of accounting and the leadership side of building better processes, developing people, and helping the business make confident financial decisions.
What you’ll be doing:
- Oversee general accounting functions including AP, AR, general ledger, payroll, and fixed assets
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements for accuracy and completeness
- Manage consolidated financial statement preparation and analysis
- Perform variance analysis across actuals, budgets, and prior periods
- Coordinate annual audit activities with third-party auditors
- Partner with external providers on tax filings and preparation
- Prepare complex journal entries and account analysis related to lease accounting, revenue recognition, and other technical accounting areas
- Review current accounting processes and recommend improvements
- Lead, mentor, and develop accounting team members
- Provide technical accounting guidance across the team
- Support leadership with ad hoc analysis and special projects
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- 5 years of progressive accounting experience
- 2 years of supervisory or management experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting principles
- Experience with accounting systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar platforms
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Clear communication style and strong leadership skills
Nice to have:
- CPA, CMA, or CIA certification
- Experience with consolidated financial statements or multi-entity accounting
- Project-based or job costing accounting experience
- Audit preparation and financial statement preparation experience
- Experience in consulting, professional services, technology-enabled services, or other project-driven environments

Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
