Cultivation Technician- Cannabis

JOB FAIR AT PALATKA PRODUCTION FACILITY

Location: 160 Comfort Rd, Palatka, FL 32177

Friday, September 18th, 2026 / 8:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M.

• MUST PASS LEVEL 2 BACKGROUND CHECK
• $15.00/hr

YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO APPLY

Location: 160 Comfort Rd, Palatka, FL 32177

Shifts Needed:

- 2nd shift Monday - Thursday 1pm to 12am

- 1st shift Monday- Thursday 7:00am to 6:00pm

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• We will train you!
• Previous experience operating and maintaining machinery is a plus
• Detail-oriented and must be computer literate
• Timing, packaging, and cultivating the product
• Maintaining a clean, neat, and organized workspace
• Trimming, moving material, and cleaning
• Assisting with production and daily duties, as needed
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORKING CONDITIONS

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for the majority of your shift
• Ability to lift and push/pull up to 25-50lbs
• Long periods of sitting and/or standing, a noisy work environment, and warehouse temperature affected by outside conditions
• Must be able to stand, sit, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach

Must be willing to submit fingerprints for a Level-2 background screening within 72 hours of accepting an offer. We will only reimburse if you successfully pass your background screening

Working conditions

• Long periods of sitting and/or standing
• Warehouse is not climate-controlled
• Long periods of sitting and/or standing, a noisy work environment, and warehouse temperature are affected by outside conditions
• Climate-controlled rooms ranging from 60 - 75 temp and 30 - 50 humidity
• Ability to stand, sit, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach for extended periods
