- Wednesday: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

- Saturday: Off
Summary
IPM Technicians are largely responsible for the application of preventative agents to preserve the quality of our product.
Responsibilities
- Daily monitoring and scouting of pests and disease
- Maintaining up-to-date pesticide/preventative agent logs
- Mixing of pesticides/preventative agents/caustic cleaning agents
- Applying IPM products to plants
- Follows standard operating procedures for assigned tasks and projects
- Follow all safety protocols
- Cleaning IPM equipment and stations
- Upholds quality standards; conducts and documents follow-up inspections
Qualifications
- Valid applicator sprayer license
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- Great time management, self-starter, and/or self-motivator
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs frequently.
- Must be able to be on your feet or stay sitting for long periods of time
- Subject to background check per state cannabis regulations
- Can work under intense, bright lights
- Exposure to possible allergens, irritants (organic and chemical), and loud noises
- Reliable transportation
Requirements
· Attention to detail to ensure all jobs are completed in a good manner.
· Valid Driver's License and MED Badge required.
Willing and able to submit fingerprints for a Level 2 background screening upon hire

Working conditions
Long periods of sitting and/or standing, a noisy work environment, and warehouse temperature are affected by outside conditions.
- We provide forklift, scissor lift, and electronic vehicle training
- Tools are provided
Physical requirements
· Physical stamina. Able to lift up to 50 pounds. Long hours of standing and walking.
