Role Description
- Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
- Monitor and assess children’s developmental progress
- Encourage social skills, language development, and early literacy/numeracy
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about children’s progress
- Manage classroom behavior using positive guidance techniques
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff

Qualifications
