Duties
- Develop and implement dynamic curriculum plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including literacy, math, physical education, and Montessori methods
- Facilitate engaging classroom activities that support childhood development milestones and encourage curiosity
- Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement and effective behavior management strategies
- Support children with special education needs and participate in early intervention programs to promote inclusive learning experiences
- Conduct assessments using standardized testing tools to monitor progress and tailor lesson plans accordingly
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that promotes child welfare and daycare best practices
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and colleagues to communicate children's progress and address individual needs
- Incorporate age-appropriate teaching techniques for toddlers and preschoolers, including lesson planning for diverse learning styles
Requirements
- Proven experience working with children in early childhood settings such as daycare, preschool, or private schools
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and classroom management techniques
- Familiarity with curriculum development, literacy education, math instruction, and Montessori methods
- Experience supporting children with special needs or in early intervention programs is preferred
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members
- Ability to manage classroom routines while fostering a positive learning atmosphere
- Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields is highly desirable
