What You’ll Do

- Lead infrastructure projects: Design and implement secure VPN access, password-management platforms, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) tools, and Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) solutions.
- Establish best practices: Define and document IT policies for device lifecycle management, BYOD, asset tracking, and access control.
- Drive automation: Streamline laptop provisioning, onboarding/offboarding, and license management processes with your IT Support Specialist.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with the Director of Cybersecurity & Compliance on audit readiness, vulnerability remediation, and alignment with SOC 2 / ISO 27001 controls.
- Support daily operations: Serve as escalation point for system incidents, troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues, and ensure a seamless employee technology experience.
- Plan for scale: Evaluate and deploy new tools that increase efficiency, strengthen security, and prepare Green Cabbage for future growth.
Required Qualifications
