Packaging Support

Green Beehive II LLC, a leading cannabis manufacturer in Hillsboro, Oregon, is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as Packaging and Fulfillment Support. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient packaging and fulfillment of our high-quality cannabis products. The ideal candidate should be organized, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Packaging Operations:

• Package cannabis products according to company standards and guidelines.
• Efficiently operate packaging machinery and equipment.
• Perform quality checks on packaged products to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized packaging area.
  
  

Order Fulfillment

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and organize shipments for delivery.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
  
  

Quality Control

• Conduct visual inspections on packaged products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Report any discrepancies or issues with packaged products to supervisors.
  
  

Documentation And Record-Keeping

• Complete and maintain accurate records of packaged products and fulfillment activities.
  
  

Collaboration

• Work collaboratively with the production team to ensure a smooth transition from production to packaging.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to address any issues or concerns.
  
  

Safety And Compliance

• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines in the packaging and fulfillment process.
• Stay informed about regulatory requirements related to packaging and fulfillment operations.
  
  

Additional Responsibilities

• Assist with inventory management and stock control.
• Perform other duties, responsibilities, and activities as assigned or as needed.
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience in packaging or fulfillment support is a plus.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Ability to operate packaging machinery and equipment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards.
• Must be 21 or older and possess an OLCC Marijuana Workers permit.
