As an Experienced Groomer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy safe, smooth, and perfectly maintained terrain. Using state-of-the-art grooming equipment, you’ll shape the mountain, maintain trails, and help deliver the unforgettable ski and snowboard experience we’re known for.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate snowcats and grooming machines to maintain ski trails, slopes, and terrain parks.
- Shape and smooth snow surfaces for ideal skiing and riding conditions.
- Perform daily equipment checks and basic maintenance to keep machines in top condition.
- Assist with terrain park construction and upkeep, including jumps, rails, and boxes.
- Work with slope maintenance and management to coordinate grooming priorities.
- Report equipment issues, safety hazards, or terrain conditions promptly.
- Follow strict safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 2 years of grooming or heavy equipment operation preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in all weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- A strong work ethic, safety-first mindset, and passion for the mountain lifestyle.
- Work outdoors in varying weather, including cold, snow, and wind.
- Noise levels can be moderate to high; exposure to vibration and moving mechanical parts.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks like standing, walking, kneeling, and climbing.
