What You’ll Do:
- Bring Winter to Life: Operate and maintain advanced snowmaking equipment, ensuring optimal snow coverage along ski trails and winter activity areas.
- Navigate the Mountain: Use chair lifts and snow-terrain vehicles to access snowmaking stations, adjusting for weather and terrain.
- Control the Elements: Track temperature, humidity, and wind to determine prime snowmaking conditions, adjusting air and water mixtures for consistent, high-quality snow.
- Focus on Safety: Conduct daily maintenance and safety checks, document equipment performance, and keep detailed records for a safe, efficient operation.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other snowmakers, training team members on safety practices and supporting smooth operations.
- Outdoor Enthusiast: Embrace working outdoors in cold weather, and enjoy physical work that keeps you active all day.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, ensuring safety and quality in every aspect of snowmaking.
- Problem Solver: Quick to troubleshoot and adapt to changing conditions, from equipment adjustments to weather challenges.
