What You'll Do:
- Welcome Guests with Enthusiasm: Greet each guest with a friendly, helpful attitude, setting the stage for an amazing experience.
- Safety First: Conduct daily safety checks, maintain logbooks, and report any mechanical issues to ensure safe, smooth operations.
- Smooth Operations: Open and close lift areas efficiently, keep an eye on lift lines, and validate guest passes to keep things running like clockwork.
- Customer Assistance: Help guests board and exit lifts safely, provide safety instructions, and make sure everyone is having a fantastic time.
- Resort Support: Pitch in with resort cleanliness, assist with group activities, and collaborate with team members across departments to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Positive Attitude & Strong Communication Skills: You’re outgoing, approachable, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Adaptability: Able to handle changing weather conditions and stand for extended periods – your resilience will shine on the mountain!
- Customer Service Experience: Prior experience is a plus, but we’re excited to train the right, enthusiastic candidates.
