We are a privately owned and fully digital general dentistry practice seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our growing team. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position as we expand our clinical team to support continued patient growth and maintain exceptional standards of care.

Your Role
- Assist the dentist during procedures including crowns, bridges, endodontics, extractions, and dentures
- Fabricate temporary crowns and bridges; take impressions and perform digital scans
- Take diagnostic X-rays in compliance with Virginia regulations
- Prepare patients for treatment and support patient comfort
- Provide post-treatment instructions as directed by the dentist
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the practice management system
- Clean, sterilize, and organize instruments and operatories in accordance with OSHA, CDC, and Virginia Board of Dentistry standards
- Support efficient clinical flow, lab coordination, and inventory management
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in general dentistry
- Current CPR and Virginia X-ray certification
- Strong professionalism, reliability, and teamwork skills
- Ability to thrive in a structured, fast-paced clinical setting
