Essential Duties:
- Coverage area: Austin and surrounding areas
- Assists the practice manager with aggressive marketing -- i.e., visiting physicians' offices, scheduling meetings with them, building relationships, and educating them about pain medicine signs & symptoms and indications for appropriate referrals
- Must market regularly and maintain and update our website, Facebook, and Instagram accounts
- The goal is to increase awareness of pain management in the community, be a brand ambassador for Pain Management Specialists, and assist in driving appropriate referrals to Greater Austin Pain Center
- Must meet clearly outlined marketing expectations and be able to think critically and help improve current processes to make a better marketing team
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Healthcare marketing experience strongly preferred
- Experience with an EMR system and Google Workspace
- Professional LinkedIn profile, professional appearance
- Excellent customer service-oriented attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Excellent in developing and maintaining effective relationships with providers, staff, and the community
- Tech savviness
- Maturity, good judgment, and a proactive mindset; anticipate and preempt problems (rather than simply react to them)
- Spirit of continuous improvement -- strive to grow, improve, and learn both professionally and personally every single day, and help the company do the same
