Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows
- Manage staff scheduling, hiring, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations
- Serve as a leader and point of contact for staff, fostering teamwork and accountability
- Monitor practice financials, including budgeting, payroll coordination, billing, and expense control
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures (HIPAA, OSHA, etc.)
- Optimize patient experience by improving processes, communication, and service quality
- Collaborate with providers/owners on strategic planning, growth initiatives, and operational improvements
- Manage vendor relationships, supplies, and facility needs
- Address patient concerns or escalations professionally and promptly
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required - healthcare administration, public health, business or similar preferred
- 2 years of experience in practice management or healthcare administration (required)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing teams and improving operational efficiency
- Knowledge of healthcare billing, scheduling systems, and EHR/PM software
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Financial management or budgeting experience preferred
