Responsibilities
- Perform golf course duties including taking bunkers, trimming and mowing all areas after training.
- Maintain landscape features by trimming trees and shrubs, pruning plants, and performing tree care tasks to promote growth and safety
- Use hand tools and power tools to install, repair, or maintain hardscape elements such as pathways, patios, or retaining walls
- Assist with irrigation system installation, inspection, and repairs to ensure efficient watering practices
- Conduct general gardening tasks such as planting flowers, mulching beds, and maintaining flower beds for visual appeal
- Support construction projects related to landscape improvements or site upgrades with proper use of tools and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Basic golf course knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools required for maintenance tasks
- Experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Knowledge of horticulture principles and plant care techniques beneficial for plant health management
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail in landscape upkeep and maintenance activities
- Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions including lifting heavy objects, digging, or standing for extended periods
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards
- Availability and weekend work with potential overtime available.
