Key Responsibilities

The Customer Service Advocate role at Great Lakes Equine Wellness Center involves providing excellent customer service and support in various aspects of our veterinary hospital.

Essential Functions:

  1. Deliver exceptional customer service in-person, over the phone, and during high-stress situations
  2. Manage lobby flow, address concerns, calms distressed owners, and schedules appointments
  3. Handle basic medical emergencies for pets and owners, ensuring safety and well-being
  4. Assist with medication pickups, inquiries, and provide information about services and products
  5. Input and manage data in practice management software, including billing and accounts
  6. Assist with retail sales, weighing pets, processing faxes, and maintaining records
  7. Reconcile cash drawer and perform end-of-day duties for accurate financial transactions
