Summary: Great Lakes Dental Technologies is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to grow sales within our laboratory and product divisions across an assigned territory. In this role, you'll drive proactive outbound outreach to dental professionals, convert new and existing customers, expand account relationships, and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities all while delivering excellent service backed by strong product knowledge. This is a commission-driven role where your earnings grow directly with the accounts you develop and the relationships you build. Conduct outbound phone and email outreach to new, inactive, and existing customers to promote laboratory appliances and related products.Identify, develop, and convert new sales opportunities within the laboratory and product divisions.Cross-sell and upsell Great Lakes products and services based on customer needs and account potential.Meet or exceed daily outbound call expectations, sales activity metrics, and revenue goals.Build and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals through timely follow-up and consultative selling.Provide accurate product and service guidance, and respond to customer concerns, escalating when appropriate.Maintain current knowledge of dental appliances, materials, and industry trends to advise customers effectively.Accurately document sales activity, opportunities, and follow-up items in the CRM (SalesLogix) system.Collaborate with Customer Service, Marketing, Laboratory, and Sales leadership to support customer needs. Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.3-5 years of progressively responsible sales, inside sales, account development, customer service sales, or marketing experience selling healthcare-related products.Proven track record of outbound sales calls and meeting defined activity or revenue goals.Experience using a CRM system to manage leads, activity, and customer follow-up.Experience in dental, orthodontic, medical device, healthcare, or manufacturing industries preferred.Strong verbal and written communication, rapport-building, and consultative selling skills.Self-motivated with the ability to manage daily sales activity independently.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
