Pay: From $10/hour tips with the potential for a season bonus

Do you love the Farmers Market atmosphere & connecting with people in your community? We’re looking for multiple enthusiastic, reliable Sales Associates to represent Great Harvest at local farmers markets this summer. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, engaging with customers, and helping create a welcoming market experience!
Responsibilities:
- Set up and break down the booth, including tents, tables, displays, and products
- Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service
- Share information about our products and answer customer questions
- Prepare samples and handle according to all food safety guidelines (training provided)
- Handle sales transactions (cash, card, or mobile payment systems)
- Maintain an organized, clean, and attractive booth display
- Track inventory and restock products as needed during the market
- Represent the brand professionally and positively at all times
Qualifications:
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and stay organized in a busy environment
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to ~40 lbs
- Reliable transportation to and from market locations
- Previous retail, farmers market, or customer service experience is a plus
Schedule:
- Saturday mornings and occasional weekday markets
- Early morning setup required
- Additional shifts available during fair season
