Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $600,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license prior to starting
- Must obtain a Life insurance license within the first 6 months of employment (we provide guidance and support)
Responsibilities
- Connect with new and existing clients to understand their insurance needs
- Recommend and explain coverage options in a clear, helpful way
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients over time
- Follow up on leads, quotes, and client inquiries
- Assist clients with policy questions, updates, and support
- Meet individual and team sales goals
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and policies
- Stay up to date on products, services, and industry changes
- Work with warm leads and referrals (not just cold calling)
- Participate in team training and development sessions
- Engage with the local community and networking opportunities
