What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bakery Customer Service Associate position at Great Harvest Bread?
Great Harvest Bread Co. in Cedar City, UT is looking for someone to join our team! Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and reliable.
Our starting pay is $9.00 with the possibility of raises every 3 months.
MUST BE AVAILABLE FROM 10AM TO 4PM.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and make them feel at home
- Answer any questions the customers may have
- Assist Customers in preparing their orders
- Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment
- Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner
- Work lunch rush hours in preparing lunch orders and prepping food items
Qualifications
- Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled customers
- Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments
- Ability to problem solve quickly any concerns customers may have
- Good communication skills
