What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sandwich Prep / Bread Production position at Great Harvest Bread Co.?
Responsible for preparing ingredients for sandwiches and salads. Slicing meat and cheese, plus making the spreads that go on the sandwiches. Also dealing with customers. Taking lunch orders, and taking payments from customers. After mastering those tasks, employee will be trained on bread production. Helping the bakers knead the bread dough, proofing it and baking the bread.
