Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all institutional grants, overseeing pre-award and post-award processes including proposal development, submission, budgeting, compliance, and reporting.
- Monitor Perkins V Local budgets, expenditures, deliverables, and timelines to ensure compliance with institutional, state, and federal regulations.
- Work closely with program directors, faculty, and administrative units and departments to support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of grant-funded and Institutional Effectiveness-related projects.
- Provide project management support for Institutional Effectiveness activities, including tracking progress, coordinating tasks, and preparing status updates.
- Support Institutional Effectiveness projects by reviewing and updating institutional reports.
- Maintain accurate documentation, records, and communication for all assigned projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the team.
Required Qualifications – Experience, Education, Knowledge & Skills
- Associate’s degree in education, business, public administration, or a related field.
- Two years of professional experience in grant management, project management, higher education, or a related administrative role.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and coordinate with a variety of stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn new software and reporting systems.
Preferred Qualifications – Experience, Education, Knowledge & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree, or higher, in education, business, public administration, or a related field.
- Direct experience managing institutional, state, or federal grants.
- Strong written communication skills, including experience preparing grant proposals and reports.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
