Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
• Maintain floors through proper care techniques like carpet cleaning, polishing, and floor waxing to ensure a pristine appearance
• Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed to promote a healthy environment for clients and staff
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests professionally and courteously
• Manage janitorial supplies inventory and notify management when stock needs replenishing
• Follow safety procedures diligently during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries

Qualifications

• Prior experience in custodial work, residential or commercial cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or janitorial services is preferred
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and floor polishing
• Familiarity with sanitation standards and proper cleaning products usage
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment
• Basic understanding of laundry procedures and equipment operation is a plus
• Certification or experience in specialized cleaning areas like carpet cleaning or hotel housekeeping management is advantageous

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
