Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, offices, or commercial spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces
- Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items
- Maintain high standards of sanitation by properly cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas using appropriate cleaning agents and techniques
- Conduct floor care activities including polishing, buffing, carpet cleaning, and floor stripping to ensure surfaces remain in excellent condition
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs courteously and professionally during visits
- Follow established safety protocols for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment
- Manage custodial supplies inventory and notify supervisors when stock levels are low or replacements are needed
Requirements
- Prior experience in janitorial work, custodial services, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques across various surfaces and environments
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects, bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on sanitation standards and quality assurance
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings or weekends as needed
- Basic familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, carpet cleaners, and steamers
- Must have reliable Transportation.
