Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential Airbnb properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces.
• Ensure all surfaces are sanitized, floors are cleaned and polished, and linens are laundered to meet hygiene standards.
• Handle heavy lifting tasks such as moving furniture or appliances safely during deep cleans or maintenance tasks.
• Manage laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
• Conduct routine janitorial tasks such as trash removal, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating professionally with hosts and guests when needed.
• Follow detailed cleaning checklists and safety protocols to ensure consistency and compliance with sanitation standards.

Experience

• Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or housekeeping management is preferred.
• Experience with floor care techniques such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and polishing surfaces.
• Familiarity with outdoor work environments including patio or garden cleaning is a plus.
• Knowledge of hotel or hospitality industry standards for cleanliness and guest satisfaction is advantageous.
• Hands-on experience with laundry operations and custodial responsibilities enhances your suitability for this role.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely while maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong time management skills to complete cleaning schedules promptly without compromising quality.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
