Responsibilities
- Support physical therapists by preparing treatment areas, and setting up equipment.
- Help patients with exercise programs prescribed by the PT or PTA.
- Assist with front desk tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy spaces, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for use
- Communicate effectively with patients to provide encouragement, explain procedures, and address questions about their care plan
- Support rehabilitation care efforts by helping patients perform prescribed exercises under supervision
- Help care for clinic dogs
