Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Practitioner with diagnostic equipment during patient visits.
- Collect, label, and manage genetic samples in accordance with clinical protocols.
- Provide a welcoming, supportive experience for patients to ensure comfort and trust.
- Maintain accurate records and support daily clinic operations.
- Adhere to all safety, confidentiality, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a medical office, clinic, or laboratory preferred.
- Working knowledge of basic medical terminology and patient care procedures.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and team members.
- Willingness to learn and operate diagnostic equipment (training provided).
