We’re partnering with a rapidly growing, operationally complex business seeking a hands-on VP/CFO level candidate to serve as the financial backbone of the organization.
This is a highly visible, embedded role working directly with the CEO and leadership team—focused on driving data-driven decision making, margin optimization, and scalable growth.
What You’ll Own
- Lead all financial strategy, forecasting, and scenario modeling
- Act as the financial truth-teller, translating data into clear business decisions
- Partner closely with Sales & Operations on pricing, margins, and revenue quality
- Build and enforce data integrity, KPIs, and reporting discipline
- Drive ERP optimization, standardization, and system-driven decision making
- Develop and elevate the finance function from reporting → strategic partnership
- Create visibility into cash flow, profitability, and operational performance
What We’re Looking For
- 10 years of progressive finance experience with senior leadership exposure
- Background in distribution, manufacturing, or operationally complex environments
- Strong mix of accounting foundation operational/analytical mindset
- Hands-on with data (ERP systems, BI tools, ideally SQL/Power BI)
- Proven ability to influence leadership and challenge decisions with data
- Experience building or scaling finance infrastructure in a growth environment
