Job Requirements: Bachelor of Science or PharmD degree; current WA Pharmacist license required; knowledge in Pharmacokinetics; discharge and medication consultation; In-patient pharmacy operations; drug use evaluation; Code Blue participation; BLS and ACLS preferred.
