What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at GrayRobinson Branding?
GrayRobinson, a full-service law and government consulting firm with 16 offices in Florida and Washington, D.C., has an immediate full-time Receptionist opening in our Tampa office. Successful candidates must have at least 1 year of experience as a receptionist in a professional services organization, be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent communication skills. Primary duties include answering and routing telephone calls, taking messages and sending emails, greeting and assisting visitors, receiving and recording deliveries, coordinating meetings, and maintaining conference room schedules. The ideal candidate will also have 2 years of secretarial experience and exceptional computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
