GrayRobinson, a full-service law and government consulting firm with 16 offices in Florida and Washington, D.C., has an immediate opening in our Orlando office for an experienced labor and employment Legal Assistant with 5 years of related experience. This position provides high-level support to the Labor and Employment practice group, and the ideal candidate must have strong experience in labor and employment law.
Primary duties also include utilizing Aderant to manage, track, and analyze billing information, preparing and submitting bills to various clients, and addressing any related issues. Additionally, these duties involve coordinating with attorneys and other staff to resolve billing-related discrepancies. The ideal candidate will possess keen attention to detail, including adept proofreading and drafting abilities, proven multitasking capabilities, exceptional organizational skills, experience with federal and state court filings, and the capacity to collaborate effectively within deadlines. Effective time management and communication skills, both written and oral, are also necessary.
