We are seeking a highly organized and personable Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the primary point of contact for our clients and visitors, delivering exceptional customer service and overseeing front-desk operations. This role requires strong time management skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Must have transportation and a valid driver's license at all times.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, intake new clients, perform conflict searches, and transfer calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain an organized, secure front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining electronic records.
- Provide support to staff as a personal assistant when required.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about services offered.
- Pick up and drop off mail, and handle other deliveries or pickups as needed (reliable transportation is required).

Skills
- Proven experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage calendars efficiently and coordinate schedules.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for filing and record keeping.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking in a dynamic environment.
- Previous work experience in a law firm is desired.
- Ability to intake new clients with accurate details and take messages.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $23.66 per hour
