Process Analyst
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience conducting business and user research and translating findings into business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria within Jira.
- Knowledge of and ability to lead key process improvement activities within a product team, including:
- Process mapping and analysis
- Process design and optimization
- Methods development
- Performance standard and KPI/metric development
- ROI and cost-benefit analysis
- Financial reviews
- Support quality assurance activities, including the development and execution of quality assurance plans, test plans, validation activities, and release readiness assessments.
- Support change management efforts to drive successful product implementation, stakeholder engagement, and adoption.
- Collaborate with product, business, and technical teams to identify continuous improvement opportunities, streamline processes, and drive efficiencies or cost savings.
- Analyze business processes, operational data, data quality and availability, and performance metrics to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
- Perform ad hoc analysis both process and data to answer business questions, uncover emerging trends, and provide actionable, data-driven insights that support decision-making.
- Utilize data to help teams evaluate opportunities, develop solutions, and measure business outcomes.
