Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to support production operations, troubleshoot issues, and deliver platform enhancements. The role involves working closely with analysts and architects to maintain system stability, improve user experience, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce production issues, including automation, integrations, permissions, and data problems.
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement fixes using Apex, Flows, Lightning Components, and integrations.
- Develop and support enhancements based on business requirements and user stories.
- Maintain technical documentation and support testing/UAT activities.
- Ensure compliance with SDLC, security, release management, and governance standards.
- Improve platform reliability and reduce technical debt through best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 4 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, APIs, and integrations.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party system integrations.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Secret Security Clearance.
- Must be able to work on-site in San Antonio, TX.
Preferred Skills
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
- Experience with OmniStudio, MuleSoft, Public Sector Solutions, or Agentforce.
- Knowledge of Agile/Hybrid-Agile methodologies.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce object model, governor limits, and best practices.
- Experience in consulting or public sector environments is a plus.
