Plant Health Care Technician

Grassmaster Plus is seeking a Seasonal Plant Health Care Specialist Technician to join our growing team! We are a locally owned lawn and landscape company dedicated to delivering top-quality service, healthy landscapes, and exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Apply plant health care treatments including fertilization, pest management, and disease control for trees, shrubs, and turf.

• Diagnose plant health issues and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Safely handle and apply pesticides and fertilizers in compliance with state regulations.

• Operate and maintain spray equipment, trucks, and tools.

• Communicate with clients and team members regarding services performed and recommendations.

• Accurately document applications, chemical usage, and site notes.

Qualifications (Must Have):

• MA Pesticide Applicator’s License (current and active).

• Current and valid driver’s license.

• Knowledge of turf, tree, and shrub care best practices.

• Strong attention to detail and safety.

• Ability to perform physical work outdoors in all weather conditions.

• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs regularly.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Position Details:

• Seasonal role: Spring through late Fall (weather dependent).

• Full-time hours available during the season.
