Lawn Care Aeration Technician

Are you passionate about working outdoors and creating beautiful, healthy lawns? We’re looking for motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Lawn Care Aeration and Overseeding Crew Members.

Responsibilities:

• Operate core aeration equipment safely and efficiently

• Perform overseeding using walk-behind or ride-on spreaders/seeding equipment

• Load/unload tools, equipment, and seed/fertilizer materials

• Perform site clean-up and basic equipment maintenance

• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors

• Ensure services are performed to company standards and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping preferred, but not required

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• Attention to detail and strong work ethic

• Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team
