Key Responsibilities
Bookkeeping & Administrative Support
- Perform various light bookkeeping tasks.
- Assist team with client onboarding process and engagement letter preparation.
- Handle filing, scanning, and faxing in a paperless environment.
- Manage check deposits and maintain document management systems.
- Provide high-level administrative support to multiple professionals, including scheduling and call screening.
- Other ad hoc administrative duties
- Communicate professionally via phone, email, and in person.
- Follow standardized tasks and established procedures with accuracy and consistency.
- Exercise discretion when handling confidential information related to the company, executive management, and employees.
- Prior experience in bookkeeping and administrative support preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to review and proofread reports effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, and comfort working in a paperless environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow established processes.
