Shift Details: Sunday through Thursday, 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM, Occasional overtime required

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience required
- Journeyman certification required
- Mastercam and/or Gibbs CAM experience required
- Background in the metal stamping industry preferred
- Knowledge of progressive stamping tooling, gauges, and fixtures
- Knowledge of heat-treating processes
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, specifications, and GD&T
- Precision measurement equipment (gages, indicators, micrometers, Trimos height gages, etc.)
- Ability to setup, program and operate
- Mills: CNC and Manual
- EDM Wire, Sinker
- Surface grinders
- Manual lathes
- Drill presses
- Saws and basic hand tools
- Good communication skills, especially with others
- Team player
- Independent worker
- Set up and operate manual and CNC mills or lathes
- Program using CAM software ( Mastercam or Gibbs CAM)
- Interpret complex blueprints and GD&T requirements
- Manufacture precision tooling, dies, fixtures, or custom components
- Perform and document first-piece and in-process inspections
- Maintain tight tolerances (± .0005 or as required)
- Troubleshoot and correct machining issues
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
