POSITION SUMMARY - FULL TIME IN ALPHARETTA, GA
Must live local to Alpharetta, GA. We are seeking a detail-oriented Print Production Assistant to support our in-house print sample department. This role assists with preparing customer artwork, producing high-quality sample prints, and ensuring consistent accuracy throughout the production process. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and a professional, customer-facing demeanor.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare print files and perform light editing using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Assist in producing print samples under the supervision of the Lead Designer
- Operate, maintain, and learn the functions of industrial inkjet printers (training provided)
- Evaluate print clarity, color, and alignment; identify and communicate when adjustments are needed
- Troubleshoot basic printer or file issues and escalate when necessary
- Correspond professionally with potential customers and distributors via email and, occasionally, in person
- Maintain accurate records of sample projects, timelines, and production notes
- Manage project tasks independently when needed, while remaining aligned with department priorities
- Support workflow efficiency and improvements in print quality and sample organization
- Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
- Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Strong attention to visual detail, including color accuracy and alignment
- Personable, professional communication skills for customer and distributor interaction
- Ability to learn technical processes quickly, including industrial printer operation
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work both collaboratively and independently
- Familiarity with printing, inkjet systems, or print production is a plus but not required
- Ability to work on-site full-time
- Reliable attendance and availability to work onsite Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

This position works directly under the Lead Designer and Print Production Manager and plays an integral part in producing customer-facing sample prints.
