Position Overview
As a Corporate Sales Trainer at Grapevine Pro, you’ll be the coach behind our sales success — leading high-energy weekly sales training classes, running skill-building sessions, and working one-on-one with reps to fine-tune their approach. You’ll help identify challenges, celebrate wins, and build strategies that keep our sales team performing at their best.
What You’ll Do
*Lead weekly new hire trainings that motivate, educate, and align with the sales force.
*Conduct 1-on-1 coaching sessions to address performance gaps and develop personalized improvement plans.
*Create and deliver training materials that strengthen communication, sales skills, and customer experience.
*Work closely with managers to identify trends, performance issues, and training opportunities.
*Observe sales reps in action — both in the office and in the field — to provide real-time feedback and guidance.
*Help foster a competitive yet collaborative team culture where everyone strives to win.
*Support onboarding for new hires and ongoing development for veteran reps.
