Grapette is interviewing candidates for a full time Production Associate position to assist in the manufacturing of food grade flavor concentrates and syrups at our plant in Malvern, Arkansas. The schedule is generally 8 am to 5 pm Monday - Friday, with occasional opportunities for overtime pay.
The applicant should be college educated, with priority given to Chemistry, Food Science, or Biology degrees. Strong science background and math skills preferred.

Production Associate key responsibilities will include:
- Weighing, batching, and blending ingredients
- Understanding and following procedures of recipes and production formulas
- Maintaining quality control logs
- Responsible for inventory of raw materials and finished goods
- Following good manufacturing practices to keep workspace clean and organized
Production Associate qualifications include:
- College degree required (special consideration given for Chemistry, Food Science, or Biology degrees)
- Good computer skills, primarily with Microsoft Office
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. multiple times on a daily basis
