THE TEAM The Digital Production Associate is on our Internet Sales team which is responsible for the publishing of merchandise on Dillards.com. We ensure that each piece of merchandise is accurately described in great detail. Additionally, any images that represent the merchandise must be correctly formatted and accurately portray what the customer expects to receive. We also attribute the merchandise with descriptive keywords and facets, providing the customer with a user-friendly experience. Digital Production Associates are crucial to this team's success in providing our customers with a pleasant online shopping experience.Undergraduate Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Fashion Merchandising, or related field Background in retail, fashion, or business; eCommerce environment experience preferred Strong command of grammar, spelling, and punctuation Passionate about fashion, retail, and the latest trends Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to multitask and adapt in a deadline-driven environment Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorshipExperience with social media content creation Certifications such as SEO/GEO, Digital Marketing, Google Ads
