Intermediate Web Graphic Designer

Grant Leading Technology is seeking a candidate for an Intermediate Web Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The candidate will play an integral role in developing and delivering innovative, design-forward digital and print media while collaborating with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders across the country. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who communicates effectively, adapts quickly to new technologies, and thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
This position will be on-site, and the hours are 8 am to 5 pm EST.

Intermediate Web Graphic Designer

Responsibilities
- Develops concepts, designs, and creates visually compelling web graphics, layouts, banners, brochures, and audio and video presentations
- Communicates and effectively presents conceptual ideas, design rationales, and creative solutions within a cross-functional team environment
- Works alongside and interacts with ASH program personnel to develop and/or transcribe design ideas into polished, production-ready deliverables
- Creates multimedia presentations, posters, banners, and other print and digital media assets that align with brand and program standards
- Works with a variety of image file formats and converts assets into required formats as needed for web, print, and multimedia use
- Designs and produces expert-level web content and multimedia experiences that engage and inform target audiences
- Communicates and presents ideas clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, while engaging with clients across the country in a professional and creative manner
- Prioritizes tasks effectively and manages multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Applies proven attention to detail with a strong emphasis on accuracy and consistency across all deliverables
- Performs other design and administrative duties as assigned by the Division Manager
- Maintains a professional, positive, and client-centered attitude at all times, upholding the mission of providing Outstanding Customer Service
- Associate of Arts or Associate of Science (AA/AS) degree in Multimedia, Graphic Design, or a related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of related experience in web graphic design or multimedia production
- Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills; proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and MS Teams and/or Zoom preferred
- Must be able to pass a federal government background check
- Must live in the United States and be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
