Grant Leading Technology is seeking a candidate for an Intermediate eLearning Training Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The candidate will play an integral role in designing and developing engaging digital learning experience while coordinating eLearning projects and providing performance support resources to end users. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who communicates effectively, adapts quickly to new technologies, and thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
This position will be on-site, and the hours are 8 am to 5 pm EST.

Intermediate eLearning Training Coordinator

Grant Leading Technology is seeking a candidate for an Intermediate eLearning Training Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The candidate will play an integral role in designing and developing engaging digital learning experience while coordinating eLearning projects and providing performance support resources to end users. Responsibilities
- Designs, develops, and edits eLearning content, including online courses, microlearning modules, job aids, and other instructional materials for internal and external audiences
- Coordinates the efforts of instructional designers, graphic artists, subject matter experts, and editors in developing and publishing eLearning content
- Conducts needs analyses and collaborates with technical professionals and stakeholders to ensure accuracy, clarity, and instructional soundness of all learning materials
- Develops eLearning courses and performance support resources appropriate for a variety of learner audiences and delivery formats, as required
- Responds to learner and stakeholder inquiries, assisting with LMS navigation and resolving course access or technical issues in a timely and professional manner
- Understands and utilizes various authoring tools and LMS platforms to support learner and organizational needs
- Configures and facilitates virtual instructor-led training (vILT) sessions via MS Teams or Zoom
- Learns new eLearning technologies quickly and communicates technical requirements as they relate to course hosting and infrastructure needs
- Works independently with minimal direct supervision from the Program/Project Manager
- Performs other administrative and project support duties as assigned by the Division Manager
- Maintains a professional, positive, and learner-centered attitude at all times, upholding the mission of providing Outstanding Customer Service
- Associate of Arts or Associate of Science (AA/AS) degree in a related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of related experience
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills; proficiency with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate) and MS Teams and/or Zoom preferred
- Must be able to pass a federal government background check (Public Trust Clearance)
- Must live in the United States and be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
