- Provide 5-star service to patients and team members, both in person and over the phone
- Coordinate and optimize patient scheduling for efficiency and flow
- Present and discuss financial arrangements clearly and confidently

- Prior dental or medical front office experience preferred
- Understanding of dental insurance and treatment coordination
