Duties

• Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines
• Assist in menu planning to accommodate nutritional needs and preferences
• Handle food with care, following strict food safety and sanitation protocols
• Serve meals efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards
• Support food preparation activities such as chopping, portioning, and plating dishes
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment to ensure a safe environment
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality dining experiences consistently

Qualifications

• Previous experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly preferred
• Strong culinary skills with knowledge of food handling, cooking techniques, and meal preparation
• Experience in food service or restaurant environments demonstrating excellent customer service skills
• Familiarity with menu planning, food safety regulations, and kitchen operations
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Knife skills and proficiency in food industry standards are advantageous

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
