The Executive Partner serves as a strategic right hand to the Managing Partner across multiple affiliated hospitality, real estate, and development entities.This role goes beyond traditional executive assistance. The Executive Partner works alongside the Managing Partner to maintain focus and momentum across critical initiatives, managing communications, aligning priorities, coordinating senior stakeholders, and advancing execution across multiple businesses and development projects.The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, discreet, and comfortable operating alongside investors, lenders, attorneys, public officials, and senior leadership teams.This is a part time opportunity with the option for full time in the future. Core Responsibilities Executive Leadership SupportManage and prioritize all incoming communications with sound judgment and discretionServe as gatekeeper for internal and external stakeholdersEnsure timely follow-up on critical matters across all business entitiesDraft high-level correspondence, summaries, and briefing materials Strategic Calendar & Priority ManagementOwn and optimize the Managing Partner’s calendar across multiple companies and projectsAlign scheduling with strategic priorities, development milestones, and investor commitmentsPrepare meeting agendas and briefing packetsTrack action items and ensure follow-through Development & Project CoordinationMaintain visibility across active development, acquisition, financing, and operational initiativesTrack deadlines, milestones, and deliverablesCoordinate materials for lender presentations, investor meetings, RFP submissions, and regulatory interactionsAssist in assembling proposals, executive summaries, and presentations Stakeholder & Relationship ManagementInterface confidently with senior executives, capital partners, legal counsel, government agencies, and community leadersMaintain strict confidentiality across separate ownership groups and capital structuresSupport coordination between internal teams and external advisors Operational Systems & EfficiencyImplement systems to streamline workflow, document management, and communicationMaintain organized digital and physical files across multiple entitiesIdentify and recommend process improvements that increase executive productivity Qualifications5 years supporting a founder, managing partner, or senior executive in a fast-paced environmentExceptional organizational and prioritization skillsHigh emotional intelligence and professional maturityStrong written and verbal communication abilitiesProven ability to manage confidential and sensitive informationComfortable juggling multiple business lines and competing prioritiesAdvanced Microsoft Office proficiency; experience with project management, CRM, or financial reporting tools preferred Personal AttributesAnticipatory and proactiveCalm under pressureDetail-oriented with strategic awarenessHighly dependable and accountableProfessional, polished, and confident in executive environments What Success Looks LikeThe Managing Partner operates with clarity and focusCritical communications are never missedMeetings are prepared, documented, and executed efficientlyDevelopment, financing, and operational initiatives move forward seamlesslyThe executive’s time is protected and optimized A Unique OpportunityThis role offers the opportunity to operate at the center of a growing hospitality and development platform, working directly with ownership and leadership on high-impact projects across New Hampshire and beyond.

Salary : $30,000 - $34,000
