As a Host, you’ll be the first and last point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere from arrival to departure. You’ll manage reservations, escort guests to tables, and ensure smooth front-of-house operations while delivering outstanding hospitality.

What You'll Do
- Greet guests promptly and warmly; escort them to tables and present menus
- Manage reservations, seating charts, and floor plans to maintain smooth service flow
- Keep the host station clean, stocked, and organized; maintain menu cleanliness
- Provide information about menus, events, and promotions
- Assist guests with special needs, such as highchairs or seating preferences
- Complete opening, ongoing, and closing side-work as assigned
- Follow company policies, health, and safety standards
- Maintain positive relationships with staff and guests
- Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities under pressure
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work in a loud, smoky environment and adapt to varying temperatures
- Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, and holidays
